Boreal Pure Texts: SMS Terms

Program. Boreal Pure Texts is a text message program operated by Boreal Pure LLC (Boreal Pure, we, us). By opting in, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Message types. Marketing messages: launch news, early access announcements, offers, restock and last-chance reminders, and cart reminders. Account messages: order confirmations, shipping updates, subscription and upcoming delivery reminders, and replies to customer service requests.

Frequency. Marketing messages: up to 4 per month. Account messages vary with your orders and subscriptions.

How you opt in. You opt in by checking the SMS box on one of our signup forms or at checkout and submitting your mobile number. You may be asked to confirm by replying to a text. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. You must be at least 18 years old and use a US mobile number.

Timing. We do not send marketing texts before 9 a.m. or after 8 p.m. in your local time.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Boreal Pure does not charge for text messages.

Opt out. Reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts from that number. You can also email info@borealpure.com.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.

Privacy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with, sold to, or bought by any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes. We may update these terms. The current version is always posted on this page.
